Michal Szlaga and Tomasz Kopcewicz - undoubtedly using a different language of artistic expression - acquaintances or friends of acquaintances from the sea, who now differ in their actual distance from the sea itself. However, what unites them is their consistency in following all sorts of transformations, both everyday and more extraordinary. It's also a genuine contemplative, almost romantic fascination with the landscape - nature that calms, soothes and nourishes, but also threatens and questions the status quo. Szlaga and Kopcewicz decide to head to sea in 2014. In September, they will spend three weeks on their first joint cruise along the maritime borders of Europe and North Africa. They will travel on a small friendly yacht Sputnik II, while they treat the trip itself as a pretext for outdoor work with the sea.
